2. The bottle blowing machine must operate normally. Requirements: no water leakage, no electricity leakage, no air leakage, and normal voltage. The bottle blowing machine is composed of a clamping cylinder, a tie rod cylinder and a crank arm. The blowing part is composed of high-pressure air pipe and blowing line. The operation of the bottle blowing machine is composed of air pipe, pneumatic line, air cylinder, etc.

The infrared heating part of the bottle blowing machine is composed of a voltage regulator, an ammeter, and a motor heating lamp tube. At the same time, it has the functions of heating, heat preservation, and exhaust, and it is controlled by a temperature controller. The data required to heat the tube blank depends on the number of tube blanks.

3. Blowing operation process: turning on the power, closing the mold, sealing, stretching, blowing, maintaining pressure, exhausting, mold opening, rod extension, bottle opening and other processes.

The blowing time of the tea square bottle is generally between 7-9 seconds, and the pressure holding time is 2 seconds.

Ordinary bottle: The blowing time of a wide-mouth bottle cannot be less than 2 seconds, otherwise the operator will not have time to look at the bottle and the quality will not be guaranteed.

Carbonic acid bottle: The blowing time is between 3.5 and 4.5 seconds. The 33g large water bottle is equal to the carbonated bottle. 4. The cooling system flow must be unblocked during the production process.

The blowing time of 1.25L large orange fruit is between 12-15 seconds, and the pressure is maintained for 2 seconds. The 1.5L large juice bottle is equivalent to the 1.25L fruit orange. Other high-temperature bottles are equal to the square tea bottles.
